Arizona Research Announces the Acquisition of JRW Documents & Lien Services, LLC

CHANDLER , Ariz. --  Arizona Research & Retrieval Services, Inc., a leading provider of public records research in Arizona announced Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of JRW Documents & Lien Services, L.L.C., located in Yuma , Arizona .  Under the agreement between the companies, JRW Documents will sell substantially all of its assets to Arizona Research and will discontinue its operations.  The acquisition of JRW Documents is part of the ongoing growth strategy of Arizona Research, whose expansion plans include growth internally and through strategic acquisitions in Arizona and nationally.
