The ARRS Family
Arizona Research & Retrieval Services is a family owned and operated company which provides accurate public records research in the state of Arizona.  Formed in 1997, ARRS combined the diverse professional backgrounds of its principals to provide prompt real property records abstracting throughout the entire state.  Over the years, the spectrum of services provided by ARRS has continued to broaden, and includes criminal & civil records research, pre-employment screening, UCC and corporate services.

The company has formed a robust list of clientele for whom it provides excellent service.  The list includes a number of the nation's largest title and settlement firms, private investigation firms and companies who provide background and pre-employment screening.  All work is completed by ARRS without the use of third parties or correspondents.  Employees personally access all fifteen counties in Arizona as well as the local jurisdictions within each county.  The principal office of ARRS is in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.  A second office is located in Tucson, Arizona.  This arrangement allows prompt access to the locations served.

ARRS was founded on the principals of providing a depth of service unmatched in Arizona.  We pay attention to little details, and look for ways to make the services work best for our customers. We develop partnerships with our clients and make it easy for them to work with us.  We listen and respond to our customers needs and requests.  Most importantly, we don't try to mold our customers to fit our company...  we mold our company to fit our customer.
